Scratch Valentine Card Craft

Materials you will need:
Small piece of card, folded in half
Red acrylic paint
Paintbrush Black oil pastel
Wooden stick

How to make Scratch Valentine Card Craft:

1. Paint one side of the card completely in the red acrylic paint. Leave to dry.
2. Cover the painted card with a black oil pastel or wax crayon. Oil pastel gives a smooth finish, but wax crayons would also work.
3. Using the bamboo skewer, gently scratch your message into the card. The oil pastel allows finer details than a paint scratch card - you can add calligraphy-like details to the letters.
