Materials you will need:
White Card stock or heavy paper
Craft sticks
Glue
Scissors
1. Print and cut out Emotion Faces.
2. Glue to Craft sticks.
3. Have the child select the face that most identifies how he or she is feeling and encourage them to talk about what makes them feel that way.
4. Then have them select the face that they would like to be.
5. If you want to make it interactive, have a sheet of the emotion faces printed out and have the child cut out the one he or she identifies with. The participation in the craft may help them to feel more comfortable talking about themselves.
